# What is the invite process for athletes?

In this article, you will learn how the athlete user accepts an invite to the Volt Training App and how they log into their account. 

1\. Check your email for an invite from Volt Athletics with the subject of "Welcome to Volt!"

2\. Click the link in the email to accept the invite and create a password

3\. Download the Volt Training App. [Select this link on a mobile device](https://voltathletics.app.link/sb7ZuY1Dakb?_p=c51429c0981c65f2e70389fe) to be taken directly to the App Store/ Play Store listing

4\. Login to the Volt Training App using the same email and password you created when accepting your invite
