The Volt Training Report Email is a weekly summary of your workouts, streaks, and progress stats, sent if you complete at least one workout, with the option to unsubscribe anytime and view full history in the app.

Your Training Report Email gives you a quick, weekly snapshot of your progress in Volt — sent straight to your inbox. It's a great way to stay motivated, track your streaks, and see your wins stack up week by week.

When Do I Get the Training Report Email?

If you complete at least one workout during the week, Volt will automatically send your report the following week.

Where is it Sent?

It’s delivered to the email address connected to your Volt account.

👉 Tip: Make sure your email is up to date in your settings and check your spam folder if you’re not seeing it.

What’s Included in the Email?

Your weekly report includes:

  • Workouts completed
  • Total training time
  • Total weight lifted (if applicable)
  • Any estimated maxes that improved
  • Your current streak and best all-time streak

It’s like a personal highlight reel for your training week.

Can I Opt Out of the Email?

Yes. Just scroll to the bottom of the Training Report Email and click the unsubscribe link. You can opt back in anytime.

What if I Skip a Week?

No worries — if you don’t complete a workout during the week, you won’t receive a report. Just get back at it the following week and your report will pick back up automatically.

Where Can I See My Stats in the App?

Head to the Progress tab in the Volt Training App and tap Stats to view your full training history and metrics.
