As your content library grows, finding the right movement, template, or program can mean a lot of scrolling. Tags give you a flexible way to organize and search your content — so you spend less time hunting and more time building. 🔖

What are Tags?

Tags are labels you create and apply to the records you work with most. You can tag:

  • Scheme Templates
  • Movements
  • Program Templates
  • Activity Templates
  • Programs
  • Users
  • Groups

Tags are hierarchical, meaning you can nest them to mirror how you actually think about your programming — for example Strength / Primary / Lower or Offense / Skill / WR.

Creating and applying tags

You can create and apply tags directly from a record's create/edit menu, or from index lists. Once a tag exists, it's available to apply to other records of that same type.

Filtering by tags

This is where tags really pay off. On any list of taggable items — and in the popovers you use while building programs or managing your roster — you can filter by tag to instantly narrow to exactly what you need.

Note: Filtering to a parent tag automatically includes everything tagged beneath it. Filtering to "Offense" will also surface items tagged "Offense / Skill" and "Offense / Skill / WR."

How tags are shared and scoped

  • Shared across your organization: Tags you create are available to your whole team, so everyone works from the same organized system.
  • Scoped to each record type: A tag you create on Program Templates won't automatically appear on Programs. This keeps each list clean and relevant to where the tag is actually used.
