How Do I Navigate the Stats Page?

Discover how the Stats page in the Volt Training App tracks your all-time progress — from workout streaks and total workouts completed to strength gained, weight lifted, and time trained.

The Stats page in the Volt Training App is your home base for tracking your progress over time in Volt. You can find it under the Progress tab on the first page.

It consolidates your training history into actionable metrics and visualizations — giving you a data-driven view of how Volt is working for you.

What You’ll See

At the top of the Stats page, you’ll see a roll-up of your All-Time Totals in Volt. Scroll down to find a breakdown of your full training history in Volt — across all programs — displayed across five key metrics:

  • Current Workout Streak
  • Best Workout Streak
  • Total Workouts Completed
  • Total Strength Gained
  • Total Weight Lifted
  • Total Time Trained

Workout Streak: Current and Best

Your Workout Streak is the number of consecutive weeks where you’ve completed at least one workout. Volt shows your Current Streak and Best Streak ever on the Stats page.

Whether you’re starting out, starting over, or on a roll — every week counts. Streaks reset if a full week passes without a logged workout, so keep training to keep it alive.WorkoutStreakUI2-1

Total Workouts Completed

The number of total workouts you’ve completed in Volt. Every session counts. This count includes workouts only, and excludes Warm-ups, Primers, and Finishers.

Total Strength Gained

Strength Gained is a measure of how much your estimated maxes have increased over time in Volt, across all movement categories. It’s a simple but powerful way to see how your training is paying off.

Total Weight Lifted

The total tonnage you have lifted in Volt over time. This count includes all activities where you have logged weight and reps — including Warm-Ups, Primers, and Finishers.

 

Total Time Trained

The total time you have logged in Volt over time. This count includes all activities — including Warm-Ups, Primers, and Finishers.
