How do I leave a movement note?
Movement Notes allow you to record personal details like form cues or machine settings directly on specific movements. These private, timestamped notes help you stay consistent in your training and can be added, viewed, or deleted anytime within your workout.
Movement Notes allow you to record important details about your training, helping you keep track of settings, cues, and preferences for that specific movement. You can attach personalized notes to specific movements, such as machine settings, band color, or reminders for proper form, so this information is always available within your workout.

Visibility
Movement Notes are always visible to you in the app when you click on the movement and view the notes. If you are a part of an organization with a coach or trainer, notes are also visible to your coach and they can leave notes on a movement when viewing a workout as you on the coaches platform.
Note Details
- Each note is timestamped so you can see when it was added.
- You can leave multiple notes on any movement.
- Notes can be edited or deleted at any time.
- Each note can include up to 350 characters.
How to Add a Movement Note
- Go to the movement where you’d like to leave a note.
- Tap the Actions button.
- Select Write Note.
- Enter your note (up to 350 characters).
- Tap Add Note to save it.
Your note will now be attached to that movement and visible whenever you view it in your workout.
How to View or Delete Notes
- Open the movement where you’ve left notes.
- Tap the Info button.
- Select Notes to view all the notes you’ve added for that movement.
- From this page, you can also delete notes as needed.
