How do I change my password and email?

Edit Password

Using the Volt App:

You can change your password at any time! Your password needs to be at least 8 characters long.

From the menu icon in the upper left, go to Settings. Tap on My Account where you can edit your email address and password.  Enter your new password twice to confirm the change, then click Save.

From a web browser:

In the top left corner, click on the side menu, then click on My Profile. You will be able to change your profile picture name, email, password, and your measurement system if you’d like.

Forgot Password

If you forgot your password you can go to, select login, and click on the “forgot password” link to have a password reset link sent to the email associated with your Volt account.

If you are not receiving the reset password link it is possible you may have entered your email incorrectly or may have done so when creating an account. It is also common for some to have multiple Volt accounts. Double check the email you are using and try the forgot password link one more time.

Change Email Address

To change the email address associated with your Volt account, tap the account icon in the top left corner, tap Settings, then tap My Account, then Email and you can change your email.You can also edit any other personal information in the My Info section under Settings.
