Adjusting Training Difficulty
If your training consistently feels either too easy or too hard, there are a few ways to adjust your program’s difficulty:
- You can adjust the complexity of the movements in each workout by replacing any movement with a harder or easier option, right within your workout.
- If you have Smart Sets enabled, your program will adjust in real time depending how you responded to the RPE questions. You can manually input loads and reps if you think a prescription is too easy or too hard.
