How do I bulk complete activities?

Purpose of this Feature

With this feature, coaches can manage their team training sessions with the click of a button. Coaches can mark a single activity as complete for multiple users assigned to a program's roster simultaneously. This tool is designed to save you time, streamline your workflow, and let you focus on what matters most—developing your athletes.

Why Use Bulk Complete Activities?

  • Team Training Sessions: Quickly update the status of an activity for a group of athletes post-session.
  • Large Rosters: Reduce the time spent individually marking activities complete for every athlete.
  • Streamlined Workflow: Minimize administrative tasks and maximize time spent coaching.

Bulk Complete Activities ensures that managing group training sessions feels efficient and seamless.

How to Bulk Complete an Activity

  1. Locate the activity you want to complete
  2. Go to the training week where the activity is scheduled
  3. Find the specific activity session you want to bulk complete
  4. Click the ellipses icon (...) on the activity
  5. From the dropdown menu, click on Bulk Complete
  6. Select the athletes who completed the activity. You can choose everyone or a specific subset (or just one athlete as well)
  7. Volt will then generate an activity summary for each selected athlete

What Does This Look Like Once Completed?

Once an activity is bulk completed, each athlete’s record will reflect the activity as completed. Activity summaries will be generated automatically, assuming that all prescribed movements were completed in full and the estimated time was the actual time spent on the activity.

Tips for Using Bulk Complete Activities

  • Double-Check Your Selections: Ensure you select only the athletes who completed the activity to maintain accurate records
  • Customize Follow-Up: If adjustments are needed (e.g., partial completion or modifications), you can edit individual athlete summaries post-bulk completion
