What troubleshooting steps can I take if I'm having issues with the app?

Encountering glitches or errors while using our app can disrupt your workout routine, causing frustration (we know you don't have time for that!) At Volt, we strive to ensure you have a seamless experience. However, occasional issues may arise. To address any problems you encounter, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:

For iOS users

1. Ensure you are on the latest version of the app

 

2. Log out and log back in to the app

 

3. Uninstall and reinstall the app

For Android Users

1. Clear app data by going to Settings > Apps > Volt > Clear App Data

 

2. Continue to ensure you are on the latest version of the app

 

3. Log out and log back in to the app

 

4. Uninstall and reinstall the app
