Apple App Store Subscription

If you signed up with your Apple ID through the Apple App Store, then your Volt subscription is managed through your Apple ID account. To cancel your Volt subscription follow the steps below or visit Apple Support for in-depth instructions.

Note: Simply deleting/removing the Volt app will not stop your Apple App Store subscription. Please be sure to follow the below steps to properly cancel your subscription.

Canceling Your Apple Subscription

1. On your iPhone, go to the App Store app
2. Tap on your account profile in the top right
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Select Volt
5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Reactivating your account: 

1. On your iPhone, go to the App Store app
2. Tap on your account profile in the top right
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Select Volt
5. Select a Subscription
6. Confirm Subscription
