If you are having trouble logging into your account there are few items you can check.

  • Are you using the correct email address?
  • Have you tried the rest password link?
  • Did your coach input your email address correctly? It is possible that there could be a typo in your email address that your coach inputted on the team roster
  • If the link your coach sent now says it is expired, this means you have already created an account with Volt. Download the orange and white Volt app and enter the email you provided your coach and password you created.
