I am not getting the email from my coach

Coach Invite Email

If you are not receiving the invite email from your coach there are a couple of items you should check.

  • Have you checked your spam or junk folder?
  • Are you checking the correct email that you provided to your coach?
  • Does your coach have the correct email details? Check with your coach and verify that they inputted your email correctly. Have your coach resend the invite.
  • Is your email organization blocking Volt's emails?
