How do I create a Classic Volt Program?
Creating a Program
The aim of this article is to guide coaches in crafting a comprehensive 52-week program for their users. Coaches can also create a blank program from scratch.
How Do I Create a New Program?
To create a Program:
1. On the Programs index page, click "Create Program"
2. Select the "Classic Volt Program"
3. Select Program type
4. Select Specific Program (and number of days a week if applicable)
5. Give your program a name
6. Select Calendar type (Auto- Advanced will move week to week no matter what. Self-Paced will move with the athlete depending on when they are completing the workouts)
7. Select Program start date
8. Click "Build My Program"
Your program will then be built within seconds and ready for your athletes to use! Feel free to use the training editor to make any necessary adjustments after creating the program.
