My athletes are having trouble logging in. What do I do?

Troubleshooting suggestions 

Has The Athlete Followed The Instructions In The Invite Email?

For an athlete to activate their Volt account, the athlete must receive and open the invite email. For instructions on how to send the invite email as a coach, click here once the invite email has been opened, the athlete should click the enclosed link to set up a password. Confirm the athletes have already received and followed the instructions in the invite email. If these steps have been completed, the athlete should be able to log in to the app.

Try the “I forgot my password” link.

Instruct the athlete(s) to open the "Volt #1 AI Workout App," select “Log in to my account”, and select “I forgot my password”. Insert the email address associated with the athlete’s Volt account and select “Reset Password”. If the email attached to the athlete’s Volt account matches the one entered into the previous field, the athlete will receive an email with instructions for resetting their password.
