How do I change my password?

Edit Password

New Coach Platform (V3)

To change the email address associated with your Volt account, tap the account icon in the top right corner, click Edit My Info, and make your changes, then click Save.

Classic Coach Platform

Under My Profile, you can edit your name, email address, password, and profile picture. You can access My Profile by clicking on the user icon in the upper right corner, or selecting My Profile from the side menu on the left.

You can change your password at any time! Your password needs to be at least 8 characters long. Enter your new password twice to confirm the change, then click Save.

Forgot Password

If you forgot your password you can go to, select login, and click on the “forgot password” link to have a password reset link sent to the email associated with your Volt account.

If you are not receiving the reset password link it is possible you may have entered your email incorrectly or may have inputted your email incorrectly when creating an account. It is also common for some to have multiple Volt accounts. Double check the email you are using and try the forgot password link one more time.
