What is recommended for equipment?

Recommended Equipment

An optimal training set up for your weight room would include 2 or more platforms, bumper plates for the platforms, 2 or more squat racks, 2 or more bench presses, iron plates for the racks and bench press, multiple pull-up bars, lat pull-down machines, cable towers, dumbbells, medicine balls, bands, and stability balls. Many weight rooms will not have all of the desired equipment, so use the Movement Replacement tool to accommodate the equipment you have available.
