Resetting the Training Calendar
New Coach Platform (V3)
To view and adjust your training dates in the new coach platform, follow the steps below:
- Click on the Programs tab
- View My Programs and find the program you wish to make date changes to
- Hover over that program and click on the ellipses menu (...) on the right hand side
- Click on Edit Details
- Scroll to Program Dates in the side menu
- Adjust your dates
- Click Save
- Click apply changes to This Week or Next Week
- Click Confirm Changes
Changing a root program or training dates will restore Volt's original programming and erase any edits made to future workouts. When applying changes to This Week, changes will override and erase any edits made in future workouts in the current training week. Applying changes to Next Week will override edits and changes made to future workouts beginning the following week.
Classic Coach Platform
To view your calendar and adjust your training dates log in at app.voltathletics.com, click Programs, Calendar, then click Edit next to the phase and enter your training dates:
Training Start is the date you wish to start your Preparatory (off-season) Phase. Most programs have 3 workouts/week during this phase.
Season Start is the date when your training will transition into your Competitive (in-season) Phase. Training frequency will be reduced to 2 workouts/week during this phase.
Season End is the date that your season comes to an end. This begins the Transitional (post-season) Phase, which includes 3 workouts/week.
