Adding Team Notes
Communicating With Your Athletes
Notes allow you to help your team or individual athletes get the most out of their training. There are two ways to effectively communicate with athletes from the Dashboard.
To write your entire team a note (for a given day of training), go to the Dashboard and click the corresponding day (Day 1, Day 2, etc.) at the top of the page. Your entire team, no matter what program they are training on, will be able to see this Team Note at the top of their workout for the day. (E.g., "Primer: Squat Mobility. We have Challenge Sets on our Back Squats today. Go crush 'em!")
To write a note to an individual athlete (for a given day of training), go to the Dashboard and click the corresponding day to the right of the athlete's name. Only the individual athlete will see this Athlete Note at the top of their workout for the day. (E.g., "Riley, do the Squat Mobility Primer before your workout today. This will help you work on reaching full depth on your Back Squats!")
Why Use Notes?
Use the Notes section to give your team instructions about their workouts or to send a motivational quote! Athlete Notes can be really useful when working with athletes who need specific instructions—like those returning from an injury or illness (e.g., "The Athletic Trainer has cleared you for squats, but take it easy!"), or athletes who need extra mobility/flexibility work (e.g., "Do 2 rounds of the Upper-Body Mobility Finisher after your workout").
