How to adjust your number of workout days per week
You are able to add or remove days per week on certain Volt programs. If you are working out on one of Volts Strength and Fitness programs, you can have between 2 and 4 days of training per week.
NOTE: Not every Volt program allows for adjusting the number of days of training per week. If you follow the steps below and do not see an option to adjust the number of days, then your program does not offer this ability at this time. Please reach out to Volt support if you have further questions.
From the Volt App navigate to the menu icon in the upper left corner and tap Settings then tap Edit Training Program, tap on your training goal, choose your experience level and then tap on the 2, 3 or 4 workouts per week, whichever option you would like. Once you have made your selection, you will be asked to apply changes now or apply changes at the beginning of next week.
NOTE: When you select "Apply changes now" it will override and erase your current week's progress. If you have already completed workouts for the current week we advise "Applying changes at the beginning of next week" as to avoid losing your current weeks progress.
